Vacant Home Insurance Now is not an insurance company but rather a website designed to:

1. Provide information to consumers about vacant home insurance requirements
2. Facilitate quotations for individuals requesting insurance quote estimates in the States or Countries where VHIN has an appropriate partner.

VHIN does not guarantee that there will be an appropriate insurance solution for all situations and locations. The decision to provide insurance coverage is left with the insurance company. VHIN does not place insurance. VHIN is not responsible if individuals cannot find appropriate insurance solutions or have uncovered losses.

If a consumer secures insurance coverage through the VHIN lead generation website, VHIN is not responsible for insurance company renewals or ongoing account management of policies. The decision to renew insurance policies is left to the insured, and renewals are not automatic past policy terms.

We are not able to reply to all inquiries, especially those that do not meet the definition of the types of homes we are able to insure with the insurance companies we use. We cannot reply to requests for homes with a value under $200,000 in replacement cost.

We are not able to provide insurance quotes in all States and where we can provide insurance will depend on the States in which there is a licensed P&C agent. The States where insurance can be placed by a licensed agent is subject to change at any time.
